2Contact form
When you write to us through the form we process your name, email, phone number (if you give one), your message, the page language and your statement on whether you are a qualified investor. We use them only to answer you and to discuss a possible investment with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3Who handles data on our behalf
The website, its content management system and email delivery are run for us by the cms-craft platform as a processor. It delivers your message to the directors by email and keeps a copy of the sent email in its delivery log. We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing and do not intend to transfer it outside the EU.
4How long we keep data
We keep the email with your message for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and, if a contract follows, for the period the law requires. The platform deletes the copy in its delivery log automatically after 90 days. You can ask us to have both copies deleted at any time.
5Web analytics
To see how visitors use this site we run Umami, open-source web analytics. It runs on servers operated by the cms-craft platform, which processes this data on our behalf; nothing is passed to advertising or analytics companies. The script loads after the page and talks only to this site’s own address, which forwards your IP address and browser identification (user agent) to Umami. We record the pages you view (the full address, including URL parameters), the referring page, browser, operating system and device type, screen size, language, approximate location (country, region, city), anonymous page-speed measurements and two events: a successful contact-form submission (without its content) and clicks on links to other websites, such as a broker (only the target site’s name). Umami uses the IP address only to work out the approximate location and to compute an anonymous visit identifier that changes regularly; it does not store the IP address and sets no cookies. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the data for advertising and never sell it. The statistics are deleted after 25 months.
6Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie is a language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE), set when you choose a language other than your browser’s; it lasts until you close the browser and is strictly necessary for the site to work.
7Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to simo@incap.cz or jilek@incap.cz. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz) or the data-protection authority in your EU country.
